Connected Learning Alliance
Abstract/Description
OUR VISION
We envision a world where all young people have access to participatory, interest-driven learning that connects to educational, civic and career opportunities.

OUR TEAM
The Connected Learning Alliance was launched by the Digital Media and Learning Research Hub of the University of California Humanities Research Institute with support from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation’s Digital Media and Learning initiative. The Connected Learning Lab at UC Irvine is its current steward.

OUR NETWORK
The Connected Learning Alliance supports the expansion and influence of a network of educators, experts and youth-serving organizations mobilizing new technology in the service of equity, access and opportunity for all young people. Reach out, if you are part of an organization or project that would like to partner with the Connected Learning Alliance and support this mission.

OUR STORY
Connected learning was catalyzed by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation’s Digital Media and Learning Initiative that launched in 2005. It has since expanded to include a wide-ranging network of researchers, educators, innovators and funders, who are part of the Connected Learning Alliance.
