The IRE Knowledge Commons was initially conceptualized and maintained by the Community Research Ecology (CoRE) Project at the University of Michigan, and it's currently being developed through participatory design with members of the IRE community. The larger CoRE Project is a collaboration among researchers/educators at the U-M Schools of Education and Information, funded by a grant from the Spencer Foundation.
